Tall Whites

Appearing as tall humans no taller than 10ft or shorter than 8 ft, both women and men are told to be of this species. Their enhanced human like forms comes with enhanced strength, speed, advance senses, and often can repel almost any spell. Their home world is a direct duplicate of our Earth and it has taller structures and larger landscapes to fit the height and weight of these alien creatures.
